The purpose of this website is to display information, photos, and videos of houses Aaron Dionne and friends have for sale. Whether you are local or not so local, you have to agree it's really neat to walk through a home online from anywhere you have internet access prior to spending time to actually visit the home and actually walk through it. If a picture is worth a thousand words, what is a video worth?
I have been a landlord in the City of Flint for about 5 years, and plan to hold my current portfolio for great cash flow. I also buy houses to fix up and sell, and sell houses for other real estate investors. That's where this website comes into play. I needed an efficient way to show prospective buyers that we offer quality homes at fair prices - not some piece of crap you might buy on eBay, only to find out the back wall is missing, or the photo didn't depict the current condition of the home you just bought. These photos and videos show homes in current condition.
Our intent is to fix the houses we purchase and rehab them so they are turn-key rentals for investors or move-in ready for those that want a place to call home. Occasionally we'll have one or two that need to be fixed-up because we haven't had time to finish them yet.
